Stonewall’s Rules & Policies
This page highlights key rules and policies to help you (and your vendors) have a smooth event day. These are not a complete list of conditions. Your signed contract is the full governing document, and in the event of any conflict, the contract terms apply.
Use this page as your event-day guide — what to prepare before arrival and what to complete before leaving.
BEFORE YOUR EVENT
General Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the venue. (Use designated outdoor areas only, if applicable.)
No drug use on-site.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No subleasing of the space.
Security cameras monitor activity; violations may result in eviction and future booking restrictions.
Stonewall is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
Failure to follow venue rules may result in additional fees and/or immediate removal from the premises.
Décor & Setup
Do not use nails, staples, hooks, or adhesives on walls or furniture. Painter’s tape only.
Glitter, confetti, rice, and bird seed are not allowed.
Your rental window includes setup and cleanup. Early arrival or late exit may incur fees.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and drink are allowed with venue approval.
Alcohol service must follow Texas law (21+ and no service to intoxicated guests). No kegs.
If serving beer or wine to 50 or more guests, security for the entire event duration is required at the client’s expense.
If serving beer or wine to 100 or more guests, a licensed TABC vendor is required in addition to security.
Liquor must always be served by a licensed TABC vendor. Security must be on-site for the full duration of the event.
All alcohol service must end 30 minutes before your rental ends.
Vendors & Insurance
All third-party vendors must be pre-approved (recommended at least 30 days before your event).
Vendors must provide proof of insurance listing Stonewall Event Venue as Additional Insured.
Clients are required to provide event insurance. Coverage must be purchased using the link below:
Get Event InsuranceYour policy must list “CX2 Land Partners, Inc. d/b/a Stonewall Event Venue” as Additional Insured, with primary and non-contributory coverage and waiver of subrogation.
AFTER YOUR EVENT
Cleanup & Trash
Bag all trash (including balloons) and take it to the green dumpsters in the back.
Break down all boxes and recyclables.
Leave the food and prep area as you found it. Remove all food from the kitchen and/or refrigerator.
Standard cleaning fee applies per rental.
Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the space is not returned to original condition.
Damages
Client is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment.
Report any damage to the Venue Contact immediately.
Checkout Form (Required Before Departure)
To complete your rental, you must submit the checkout form before leaving the venue. This ensures that cleanup and lock-up are complete and prevents additional fees.
